At your level you will be seeking a role that involves more that the day-to-day management of files and staff. It is envisaged that you will assist with marketing of the firm to lawyers and accountants.

• Cessation of trading, including disclaiming of leased assets and finalisation of trade-on liabilities
• Quantifying employees’ entitlements and dealing with staffing issues, including terminating contracts of employment
• Preserving, protecting and realising assets particularly cash at bank, debtors and stock
• ROT issues
• Date of insolvency report
• Investigating antecedent transactions, including unfair preferences, uncommercial transactions and claims against directors for insolvent trading
• Trade on and selling of businesses

With many years of experience the firm has built and enviable position in the market and are attuned to an endless list of industries. Practice is pro-active in promoting early remedial action with the intention of avoiding formal administration. In this regard they conduct an IA and, if necessary provide a workout plan.

• You would have commenced with a Big 4 or 2nd Tier in Restructuring or Insolvency,
• You then matured as a practitioner and worked your way up the firm 
• In parallel you obtained professional status (CA and/or IPA)
• Possibly moved overseas on Secondment

• Then moved back into a Big 4, 2nd Tier or leading boutique insolvency firm
• Currently you a Director or high end Senior Manager
• You are now ready to 'nest' in the right high end Practice and where you can be equally demanding
